Which Film Will Rule: Harry Potter or New Moon?
Hollywood marketing executives say that these days the “Twilight” franchise has influenced almost every studio marketing campaign that targets teenage girls. Some posters for the upcoming “Potter” film echo “Twilight”’s emphasis on romance. One features Harry and his crush, Ginny, gazing longingly into each others’ eyes, in a pose reminiscent of “Twilight”’s now-iconic image of its star-crossed lovers, Bella and Edward. Another shows Harry’s friend Ron with his girlfriend Lavender, while a jealous Hermione scowls in the background.
Warner Bros. and the team behind “Potter” say they didn’t take the “Twilight” franchise into account when designing their marketing materials for “The Half-Blood Prince.” Instead, they crafted a campaign aimed to resonate with previous “Potter” films, the executives and filmmakers say, dismissing the notion that there is a rivalry between the franchises among fans.
What do you think? I think Harry Potter has a lot more books so obviously they will make more money, but Twilight will rule more then Harry Potter because of the romance story. Read the whole article HERE!

I think New Moon will be better then Harry Potter though Harry Potter will be a very good movie but I think more people will go and see New Moon. The Twilight Series Rulz!!!
I’ve read all The Twilight and Harry Potter Books and I Love Twilight. I like it better then Harry Potter.

in my opinion harry potter will win the box office.hello???? how can you compare the two..yes i must admit twilyt is very popular now a days. but i dnt think their franchise would stay long..hp is proven…and hp has way better story…big market..hp wins..twilyt sucks.

I am sorry to tell the Harry fans that New Moon will sell more then the Harry Potter movie! Oh and for Analin it is spelled Twilight not Twilyt….
